The text used in the title, I came across in a small art shop on the main street in Coromandel Town over the weekend. On Friday night, we spontaneously decided to pack our sleeping bags and tent and go up to Coromandel Town for the weekend, early Saturday morning. We didn’t even book our camp site! I know, outrageous… 😉
Though it was a bit windy * and we had a couple of showers on Saturday, it was an absolutely beautiful day. Only Sunday was even better: hardly any cloud in the sky. There was only one downside – no, not the airbed losing air half-way through the night! It got quite nippy at night time. Looks like summer (which hasn’t really been here yet), is on its way out again. Sigh… Anyhow, here is a nice panorama picture, not too far away from Coromandel Town.
* Somehow, I must be pronouncing the word windy a bit funny. An elderly couple in the camp’s communal kitchen thought that I was from Aussie. Huh?
