Rösti

You wouldn’t believe, but I’ve finally managed to get around and try (for the first time) making some Rösti. Of course, I didn’t follow the recipe that close: I only added a few onion flakes instead of a whole (fresh) onion. Nicer, if onions aren’t overpowering everything else.
On the downside, I don’t think that any Swiss person would ever consider them authentic… 😉
