Tool time!

Man, I can’t believe, but my model car/plane times are about 20 years in the past. Wow… About time to get my a in g again! Since I had some spare time tonight, I decided to give it a go and start on my Eraser (Canterbury Sailplanes). Working with EPP (expanded polypropylene) is not something I’ve worked with in the past, it’s always been wood-based model planes (mainly balsa).

So far, I’ve attached the wing halves, put in the wing spars (top and bottom) and started on the fuselage (rounding off the corners). Takes quite a bit of time brushing up my skills again. A bit different from programming… 😉
