Man, Mission Bay was crowded with Jafas! Must have been one of the first nice weekends without any rain up there! A reason why we chose Kohimaram beach instead. It wasn’t yet warm enough for just shorts and T-Shirt, but it was definitely a hopeful sign of the summer finally coming around.
On the way back, we wanted to get an ice cream at the Mövenpick shop in Mission Bay – just like any other Tom, Dick and Harry! F..k!! I’ve never seen such a long queue in front of an ice cream shop… Anyway, instead of waiting for ages, paying a premium price for (to be honest, rather nice) ice cream, we went around the corner and grabbed some ice cream from a non-branded ice cream shop, the Gelato and Sorbet. Well, I’ll definitely not gonna go there again: first, their license expired end of August and, second, the Kinder ice cream wasn’t really great. Had a strange taste to it – but hey, still alive and kicking!!
